Awards Picnic Sign Up

Some Details:

• Who: Cascade Mountain Patrollers & Employees (spouses, friends, kids, etc., included)
• What: Our CMSP Annual Awards Picnic/Party 
• When: Saturday 11 May, 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
• Where: TubeTown @ Cascade Mountain
• Bring a lawnchair (or two) and your beverage of choice for yourself and anyone joining you
• Burgers, brats, buns, and condiments will be provided. Attendees can fill in all the other gaps for things like sides, salads, desserts, plates, napkins, utensils, etc. Please use SignUp Genius to RSVP and let us know what you can bring
• Remember to bring cash for door prizes, silent auction items, and other fundraising opportunities
• Dress appropriately for cooling weather into the evening Approximate Schedule of Events:
  • 4:00 PM - Gate opens
  • 5:30 - Dinner
  • 6/6:30 - Awards
