Refresher Info

Hello CMSP!

Hard to believe that summer is flying by, and it's that time of year to start thinking about refresher season. These annual refreshers are required Here's a quick list of what needs to be refreshed before the ski/ride season begins: 

• CPR: As many or all of you have noticed, we set up some CPR classes in Homebase. These are for those whose cards will expire before 22 March 2027. Most, but not all Cascade patrollers will need to take the full CPR class this year. If your card expires after 22 March 2027 then you will be fine simply refreshing CPR at our OEC Refresher* 
• Chair Evac: Saturday 10 October. Shifts will be created on Homebase as in years past. New-to-Cascade Patrollers will not have an evac shift option and should plan for an all-day event starting at 7:45 AM.
• OEC: Complete both the online and in-person portions of the refresher Instructions for launching the online refresher are here. You will also need to enroll in our in-person OEC Refresher on Sunday 11 October.
