2017 Refresher Information

Dues Information

Dues will have to be paid in two payments this year.  $81 will be paid on the NSP website which covers your National, Division, and Region dues.  However, this cannot be done until I finalize our roster.  That won’t happen until after our refresher weekend.  Once I finalize the roster, you should get an email from National telling you how to pay those dues.

Cascade patrol dues–need to be paid via sending a check.  Postmarked by October 23rd.  The amount is $14.00.  If not postmarked by October 23rd, then there will be a $10 late fee.

Make checks to NSP C027, not Cascade Mountain Ski Patrol.

Chair Evacuation Refresher Information

Saturday, November 4th.  We will be splitting the sessions into a morning session and afternoon session. We will be evacuating from the Bunny lift, along with some other stations that you will rotate thru.  You only need to attend one of the sessions.

  • Morning will be from 8 am-noon (We have to start on time for this, please plan to arrive by shortly after 7:30 am.)
  • Afternoon session will be from 12:30 pm-4:30 pm

Sign up on shift planner for the session you wish to attend.  If the morning session gets full, then you will only have the afternoon option.

If you are helping as a chair evacuation instructor, please sign up for the chair evacuation instructor refresher, and do not sign up for one of the sessions on Nov 4th.

If you CPR card expiration date is before March 31st, 2018, you need to have a new card issued.  You can sign up to do that with us on Wednesday, October 25th or Saturday, October 28th.  Or, you can do it somewhere else of your choosing.  If your card does not expire until after March 31st of 2018, you will refresh your CPR skills on OEC refresher day.
